1: Viewing Your Current Plan

Your subscription plan controls the number of stores, products, and views available in your account.

To view your current plan:

  1. From the left-side navigation menu, click "Plan".
  2. Under "Your Subscription", click "Manage Subscription".

  1. On the "Current Subscription" page, you will see:
  • Plan Name – The name of your active plan (e.g., Plus).
  • Price – The cost of your plan (e.g., $9.00 per month).
  • Trial End Date – If you are in a trial period, the date it will end (e.g., Trial ends August 20, 2025).
  • Plan Renewal – Information about whether the plan will renew automatically or stop unless a payment method is added.
  • Payment Method – Displays your saved payment method or shows "No payment method" if none is added. You can add or update this anytime.
  • Billing Information – The email address associated with your subscription, with an option to update it.
  • Invoice History – A record of payments or trial activations, showing date, amount, and payment status (e.g., Paid, Trial period).

Note:

  • All plans start with a trial period, and no payment details are required before starting your trial.
  • To continue after the trial ends, add a payment method in the "Manage Subscription" section.
  • You can also update your billing email and review your invoice history in the same section.

2: Changing Your Plan

You can switch to another plan anytime. All plans come with a trial period, and you do not need to add payment details in advance to start a trial.

To change your plan:

  1. Go to "Plan" in the left-side menu.
  2. Click "Change Plan".
  3. Review available plans and their features.
  4. Click "Change Plan" under your preferred option.

Plan options include:

  • Starter – 1 Store, 9 Products, 5K monthly views, contains ads.
  • Plus – 3 Stores, 50 Products per store, 50K monthly views, no ads.
  • Pro – 5 Stores, 50 Products per store, 150K monthly views, no ads.
  • Business – 10 Stores, 100 Products per store, unlimited monthly views, no ads.

3: Canceling Your Subscription

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You can renew your subscription anytime before or after the end date.

To cancel:

  1. Go to "Plan""Manage Subscription".
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Confirm your choice.
